Interaction Map

TraceDrawer contains a toolbox for creating, evaluating and comparing Interaction Maps. Creating an Interaction Map resembels an ordinary kinetic fit, but instead of letting your computer do the fitting the data is sent to our central server. The resulting Interaction Map is returned by e-mail when ready. Evaluation of Interaction Maps is simple: Click on a peak, and TraceDrawer calculates the position and contribution, and also draws the binding curve corresponding to the peak. Since TraceDrawer can hold multiple result files in the same session, comparisons become straight-forward, as illustrated below.
